மரை மா நுண் நூலின் இடை ( marai mA nuN nUlin idai) : the waistline is slender like the lotus fibre; (தா)மரை ((thaa)marai) : lotus;

குடிலான ஆல் வயிறு (kudilAna Al vayiRu) : the banyan-leaf shaped cottage in the abdomen that houses the embryo, கருவுக்கு இருப்பிடமான ஆலிலை போன்ற வயிறு ;

குழை ஊடே குறி போகு மீன விழி (kuzhaiyUdE kuRipOku meenavizhi) : fish-like eyes that dart towards the studs on the ears,
