சிகர தமனிய மேருகிரி ரசதகிரி நீல கிரி எனவும் (sikara dhamaniya mErugiri rajathagiri neela giri enavum ): Appearing like the Meru mountain with golden peaks, the Kailasa mountain, and the ThiruththaNigai mountain where the blue neelotpala flowers abound, தமனிய (dhamaniya): golden; ரசதகிரி(rasathagiri): silver mountain;

ஆயிரமுகத் தெய்வநதி காளிந்தி என நீழல் இட்டு வெண் திங்கள் சங்கு எனவும் ( aayiramuka dheyvanadhi kaaLindhi ena neezhalittu veNnthingaL sanku enavum): (appearing also) like the thousand-pronged Ganges, the dark Yamuna, the radiant white moon-like conches, தெய்வ நதி(deiva nathi): Ganges river; காளிந்தி (kaalinthi): Yamuna river; திங்கள் (thingaL): moon;
